What to Expect After You Inquire

Booking Soul City is designed to be simple, transparent, and stress-free. Once you’ve decided we’re the right fit for your celebration, we’ll prepare and send your contract within 24 hours, followed by clear instructions for securing your date. After your signed agreement and reservation deposit are received, you’ll receive a booking confirmation and can begin planning your celebration with confidence. Final payment and any additional services are due 30 days before your event.
